PACDAA invites you to take part in its 2019 Case Management Conference and Vendor Fair on April 24, 2019 at Toftrees Resort in State College. This event is a good opportunity to meet with case managers that are responsible for intake, assessment, and referral to treatment facilities throughout Pennsylvania. There are multiple levels of sponsorship available for those interested in participating.

Gold Sponsors ($1,000) will have:

  • A lunch or break sponsored in their name with a logo display
  • An opportunity to introduce your company at the beginning of a session
  • A full page, full color advertisement in the Conference program
  • A logo displayed on the sponsorship sign that will appear at Conference activities
  • A logo displayed on the big screen before each session
  • A listing with contact information in the Conference program
  • One exhibit table at the April 24, 2019 Vendor Fair with four complementary vendor registrations. Additional staff will be charged $50 to attend the Vendor Fair

Silver Sponsors ($750) will have:

  • A half page, full color advertisement in the Conference program
  • A logo displayed on the sponsorship sign that will appear at Conference activities
  • A logo displayed on the big screen before each session
  • A listing with contact information in the Conference program
  • One exhibit table at the April 24, 2019 Vendor Fair with three complementary vendor registrations. Additional staff will be charged $50 to attend the Vendor Fair

Bronze Sponsors ($500) will have:

  • A quarter page, full color advertisement in the Conference program
  • A logo displayed on the sponsorship sign that will appear at Conference activities
  • A logo displayed on the big screen before each session
  • A listing with contact information in the Conference program
  • One exhibit table at the April 24, 2019 Vendor Fair with two complementary vendor registrations. Additional staff will be charged $50 to attend the Vendor Fair

Vendors ($200) will have:

  • A listing with contact information in the Conference program
  • One exhibit table at the April 24, 2019 Vendor Fair with one complementary vendor registration. Additional staff will be charged $50 to attend the Vendor Fair

Additional Information

The Vendor Fair will be open from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on April 24, 2019. There will be two 30 minute breaks (morning and afternoon) between sessions and 1 ½ for lunch. These open periods will serve as an opportunity for attendees to visit your table meet with you one-on-one. Vendors, sponsors, and exhibit staff are welcome to attend conference sessions at no extra cost. Registration will open at 9 a.m.

Vendor registration includes one 6’ table with electric in addition to food and beverage. Space is limited to 40 vendors and will be awarded on a first come/first served basis.
